Tara is a highly accomplished training professional with 20+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Training, e-Learning and PowerPoint Design. As an obsessive learner, Tara holds numerous professional certifications in the areas of leadership development, interpersonal communication, career development, selling skills, and high-performing teams. She develops and designs training programs with a keen sense of what audiences want and need, what works in the real world, and most importantly, what gets results.
Gwendolyn is an architect of employee potential, she sees clients challenged by the complexity of making the most of their relevant employee enablement. Her contribution is the union of 22 years experience as a curriculum designer and facilitator and a sincere interest in helping people move in the direction of their full potential! Her training interventions include any aspect of the training process: needs assessments, courseware design, delivery and facilitation of multi-faceted programs (both virtual and classroom), level five evaluations, and client guidance throughout the entire experience.
